Easy registratrion process
To create a new registration the user only has to identify the student and the degree that they want to be enrolled for.
It is adaptable to different registration processes
Tuition centres have different kinds of registration processes. ARA/iX can be adapted to all of them.:
- Pre and post registration
- Registration without pre-registration
- Scholarships
- Full year tuition
- Tuition of a set of subjects.
- Grant Management
Is pre-registration allowed?
ARA/iX allows you to record student payments.
ARA/iX does not require pre-registration in all cases.
What is a full year tuition registry?
ARA/iX considers full year tuition to be when a student enrolls for all the subjects in a tuition period.
It is not always required that a student enrolls for full year tuition. A student may be enrolled only for a certain of the available subjects.
Calculation of registration fees
When it calculates the total registraton fee ARA/iX takes into account If this registration is for the full year or not. In additon, it takes into account, whether the student is paying for the firts time or repeating a year, etc.
ARA/iX can deal with different kinds of fees and discounts including scholarships.
Scholarship management
ARA/iX can manage take scholarships into account.
ARA/iX can manage different kinds of tuition payments: full cash payment, monthly payment, fractionary payment and others.
Can students modify their registration?
Yes, it is possible at any time until the beginning of the exam periods has been started.
You such keep a record of all changes and registrations.
Integration with timetable management software
ARA/iX can be optionally integrated with the timetable management software AGH/iX.
If ARA/iX is integrated with AGH/iX when the students finish their registration process you can print their personal tuition timetable.
