Currently, there are several ways of managing and creating schedules in tuition centres.

Here are some examples of these ways of dealing with timetable management:

1 The tuition centre creates the schedule or timetable, setting the days and hours per subject. After that, each department assigns lecturers depending on their availability. Finally, on the basis of the number of students enrolled for each subject and group, the centre can map the classroom or space necessary.

2 The tuition center and departments jointly develop a schedule or timetable that sets the days, hours, subjects and lecturers. Then,  on the basis of the number of students enrolled for each subject and group, the centre maps the classroom or space necessary.

3 First, the tuition centre fixes the classrooms and the time slots. Then subjects and lecturers are added.

How can you create a timetable board?

The user has different ways of creating the schedule times:

1.- By starting from scratch, with a blank timetable that can be filled gradually.

2.- By starting with an blank box and using the automatic timetable generator module AGH/iX can automatically  generate a proposal.

3.- By copying a scheduled timetable from another term and making the necessary modifications.

Fully integrated program.

The user can manage class timetables, classrooms, subjects and lecturers using the same program. Any modification is recorded and if any incident occurs, the program will advise you.

AGH/iX is designed so is user friendly. Also, the user has a reference manual and tutorials available online.

Multilingual Program

The program is multilingual on the user interface, in the generation of documentation and also in recording the language in which tuition is imparted.

Non-teaching activities.

Any need to book a space outside of the regular tuition or exam time also can be managed with AGH/iX, for example, the booking of a classroom for a Ph.D. graduation, or for a congress, etc.

Integrated resources management.

AGH / iX can manage all the teaching spaces (classrooms, labs, etc) and all the necessary teaching aids.

For example, a mobile projector and a laptop are required for a teaching session at a concrete hour and day in a particular classroom.
